The electrical and control side of machine building — taken from design to a commissioned, running machine. We work with fabricators, OEMs and end-clients to deliver the automation that brings a machine to life: the control panel, the PLC and HMI, the field wiring, the safety circuits and devices, and the commissioning that proves it all works.
Where we fit in a machine build
- Control system design — functional design, control philosophy and the schematic set in EPLAN.
- Panel build — the control panel built and wired in-house to match the drawings.
- Field wiring and installation — sensors, actuators, drives and safety devices wired up on the machine.
- PLC/HMI programming — the logic that runs the sequence, plus operator screens.
- Commissioning — testing, fault finding and dialling the machine in until it runs reliably.
One accountable partner
Mechanical fabricators and machine builders often need a control-and-automation partner they can hand the electrical scope to and trust. That’s the role we fill — owning the control system end to end so you can focus on the mechanical build, with a team accountable for the automation working.
